Chennai Express Game is all set to hit the screens on 9th of August. With only two weeks left for the release, the makers have launched the Game Version of the movie for Android devices. The game for iOS devices is available for $0.99. This is not the first time that a game is released based on Indian Movies. Already they are some games based on Bollywood movies like Ra. One, Don 2 and Race 2 have been released already.

The game is based on the movie Chennai Express . The game is titled as Chennai Express: Escape From Rameshwaram. This game can also be called as Indian Style Subway Surfers. In Subway Surfers how you start running in an endless journey by collecting the coins, here also you have to collect the coins by jumping, sliding, flying, and dodging the obstacles with the same controls. The main aim is to unlock the new avatar by collecting 10,000 coins.

The game takes place at a scenic beauty in the town of Rameshwaram. The player will take on the role of the leading character (Rahul) of the movie and start a most memorable journey where on the way he has to face off the goons and obstacles like manholes, pots, coconuts carts, trucks, autos, buses and more. Also he has to fight against a bunch of thugs dropped from the helicopters.
This is only a Preview Version of game. The makers have assured that the upcoming version of this game which will give the player to upgrade with some extra and special power ups from the in-game store by using the collected coins and also unlimited game play. Though it comes as free for Android devices, it costs Rs.99 for Java enabled phones and for iOS devices it costs $0.99
